Isn't God AMAZING! After years of being in prison to an eating disorder myself, I have desired to continue on my journey to FREEDOM as well as lead others to FREEDOM! I had been praying for a woman friend to speak into my life (a mentor). God brought me several. One of them is Jennifer Warner. I am so excited to announce that she is a new EAP facilitator and has joined the Unbridled Team! Jennifer has always had a love of horses and desired to partner with them to bring health and healing to women. This dream of hers recently became a reality when she became certified as an Equine Assisted Psychotherapist so that as a mental health professional she is able to use the techniques of using horses to heal. The horse is incorporated into activities that help clients achieve emotional growth and learning. EAP is experiential in nature, meaning that clients learn by participating in hands-on activities with the horses. This model quickly and efficiently uncovers wounds, discovers road blocks, and provides an emotionally safe environment for one to be in control of their own healing. No riding only ground work.

2012 is really here! We here at the Farm are getting saddled up for the coming season, booking events, dreaming up new ideas, planning camps, designing new seminars, and meeting with Faith Based Equine Assisted Philosophy Consultants to do the same things for THEIR NEW BUSINESSES!!! There is only one thing more fun that having a successful, meaningful, life changing business; HELPING OTHERS EXPERIENCE THEIR OWN DREAMS! I love hearing about the dreams and visions of my compadres, brain-storming, making a plan (originated by the Unseen Facilitator), sharing tools and years of experiances, and watching them begin to run their race to win! We also have Stable Guides: Building a Stable Business; Faith Based Equine Assisted Philosophy; and Women and Horses Experiential Healing. They will be ready for sale soon.
This is truly a new season. Old things have passed away and ALL THINGS HAVE BECOME NEW! We are celebrating each new day that comes with great anticipation of what God has in store for 2012! We will be traveling coast to coast, Canada, and maybe even Australia! God is..... WAY COOL! Only God could do such a great work! We are also working on starting THE FAITH BASED EQUINE ASSISTED PHILOSOPHY ASSOCIATION. Pray with us that everything we do is exactly as God has planned. If we do what we do for the reason's God wants them to be done; we can't fail! Giddy Up!
FOLLOW ME TO FREEDOM!

Happy New Year Cowgirls and Cowboys!
I want to share Lynn Baber's wisdom for 2012. Lynn is a speaker, author, and friend. Her works have deeply affected me, so I want to share these ideas with you.
New habits are easy and completely measurable. If you will resolve to do these simple things you will reach new heights of success in the personal, professional, and spiritual parts of your life.

Just imagine... Wild horses- fearless and Unbridled. The herd gallops through the seasons in tune with their Leader... the Unseen Power which is greater than they are. They follow signs almost unseen and know instinctively what the next step is. The same is true for us. But we don't have to rely on mere instinct, we can listen to our Creator, the Creator of the Universe, and the steps we take are never without purpose. When we are in the wilderness of our lives, there are many trails we could choose. But we also have a Friend/Guide to travel with us on our life trail. We might make wrong turns, find ourselves in bad situations, dead ends, second guess our decisions, or struggle with pain, loss, and disappointment., depression, or addictions. But... along the way, we will see the light through the shadows and experience lasting seasons of peace, joy, health, and prosperity. Peace. Trust in the One who knows the end of your trail. You will then know that you can walk, trot, or gallop through the great adventures of life, fearless and UNBRIDLED!

We need your help! We are doing a Trail Challenge to raise money to finish an Orphanage in Guatemala. It will house and keep safe little girls who have been sold into sex slavery. We need to raise $15,000.00 to finish the building so that we can help to keep these little girls safe and have a place to minister health and healing to their minds, bodies, and spirits. None of us can do everything but we can do something. Please call us or emails us if you can help, donate prizes or money, or join us for the Super Horse Challenge! The challenge is a trail course and there are three different divisions, Youth, Pleasure, and Open (serious competitors- Side Pot $).
We all desire to have peace, love, and security in our lives. God says that He will make happen for us what we make happen for someone else. He asked us to take care of the widows, orphans, and those who can't care for themselves. Every time I lay down at night and think about these little girls being sexually abused and tortured while I lay safely in my bed.... I can hardly sleep. Let's do what we can to forever change the lives of these girls. There are 26 little girls down there right now waiting for our help. Until they have a place to stay they are in danger.
The ministry that is building the Orphanage is Impact Ministries International, and the specific Church that is heading the project is Isaacs Well in Darlington, WI You can see more at: isaacswell.wordpress.com

Just got back from the barn. Lauren Wahl, my new barn manager (20 years old, multiple time All Around High School Rodeo Champion), gave me my very first roping lesson. Actually, I walked in on her and my dear Gal Pal, Peggy, standing in the ring swinging ropes around their heads. Looked like fun so I asked if I could join. I have to explain something. I have always hated ropes, cords, hoses, long necklaces, etc. I have a natural ability to get them tangled up. So I went into this little roping lesson knowing that I was bringing the laughter and to build the future funny story. Lauren was telling how to hold the rope, how long it should be, point your finger so... keep your hand flat and palm down so... use your should for power, don't push it (how do you push a rope?), don't sit down (we're standing aren't we?), get lower (I drop my hand during the swing and my hat goes flying...); not looking pretty. She told Peggy to loosen up (she promptly lassoed Lauren), drop your hands (she smacked her glasses off), stand up (she looked like she was standing to me), use more power (Peggy has 5x the power I have). We watched Lauren demonstrate and have success every time. As the clock ticked and we found every possible way to do it wrong... slowly some things started to make sense. It started to feel better. Eventually we actually got the loop around our wild hay bale! It occurred to me that learning to throw a rope was like everything else in life. You need a good teacher.

How do you get through the Holidays with love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and self control? How do you show God's love during a giving season and not give yourself away? How do you keep yourself full and rested, and not feel spent and stressed? I have created a day just for us ladies... a day to tap into the wellspring of life that has been placed inside of us by God! We will gather around the fireplace for circle time and equine art therapy, and play in her cozy arena with the horses. This is a day seminar created just for you... learn to live authentically in the moment, celebrate yourself and who God has created you to be. We will also do some soothning stretching, breathing, stess relieving matt time. At the close of this special day we will do a guided meditation (guided by the Holy Spirit, meditating on the Word of God).
This will be a mini vacation specially designed for the whole woman, body, mind, heart, will, and spirit.

I am working on the new Stable Guide for FBEAP... it is so much fun to see how God has built this program over the past few years and now is helping me to string all the beautiful pearls together! This Stable Guide is a 'such a time as this' product... a useful tool for the body of Christ! I have been doing Equine Assisted Learning with Greg Kersten and his OK Corrall Series (founder of EAGALA), for over 5 years, and have grown to respect the philosophy more each time I use it. I must say, that the introduction of God (The Stable Guide) and the Holy Spirit, (The Unseen Facilitator), changes everything! It super sizes everything, it is like turning on a spot light in an otherwise dimly lit room! EAP is without a doubt the most powerful teaching/healing/growth tool I have ever experienced... now imagine God entering the process! With the guidence of The Unseen Facilitator, people and groups can be increased on every level, body, mind, heart, will, and spirit! Complete, total, change can occur. We take this tool out of the realm of the natural and put it in the realm of the supernatural! The Stable Guide (God), is the only one who can change the heart of a person, He can set the captives free, give sight to the blind, give hope to the lost, impart Vision, open understanding, bring revelation knowledge, make the crooked ways strait! It is wildly exciting what this tool offers to the body of Christ!
